Return and Warranty

Return Policy

All products returned to us must require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Syvico.com. RMA numbers are valid for 10-days after they are issued. Please fill out a Return Authorization Form (RMA) (right-click and Save Link As), and email it to RMA@syvico.com to obtain an RMA number. Products returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping fee to Syvico.com must be prepaid by the customer. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed.

Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc.

No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order, DVR cards or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the products' page.

Unopened products (special orders, DVR cards or merchandise labeled "No Returns" or similar language are not included) can be returned within 7 days for a full refund less shipping, insurance and handling charges.

Opened products WITHOUT original packaging or materials is not eligible for return. Opened products WITH original packaging and materials may be eligible for return within our 15-day satisfaction policy and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and a syvico.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected.

syvico.com reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.

Warranty Policy

All warranty periods indicated are from Syvico.com, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies.

Warranty does not cover damage due to customer misuse, unauthorized modification or improper installation.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact Syvico.com by phone or email to address the problem. If a technician is unable to resolve the problem over the phone or email, and deems the product defective or requiring testing, you will be required to fill out a Return Authorization Form (RMA) (right-click and Save Link As), and email it to RMA@syvico.com to obtain an RMA number.

Buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning products back to us.
